Production Technology

Popticals' innovative design includes the FL2 Micro Rail System integrated into the frames, allowing lenses to move parallel for easy storage. The patented rail system maintains the curved design elements of wraparound sunglasses, perfect for active use, without the bulky storage size. Lenses feature NYDEF nylon materials for clarity, impact resistance, and UV protection. The Grilamid TR90 frames provide flexibility, comfort, and resistance to UV damage, making Popticals sunglasses durable and comfortable for all-day wear.

Operation Flow

Popticals sunglasses, covered by multiple utility patents, use stainless steel pins that move along a track within the frames for smooth and effortless movement. A powerful magnet guides and locks in the connecting pieces in the center of the frames to create a secure and solid connection when in use; the magnets then disconnect just as simply for collapsibility and safe storage. All components of the FL2 Micro-Rail System are made from corrosion and rust-proof materials to ensure durable, long-lasting functionality.
