This Coss; Convenient, Operating, Smart, Supplying packaging evokes product sensibility through the strong brand recognition and craft visual effects, consisting of an inner tray and an outer sleeve. The varying punched holes on the outer sleeve, combined with the metallic inner green logo, create a misty artistic effect and simulate undulating breathing during use. Eco-friendly materials are used inside and outside the packaging: paper and moulded-fibre inner tray, made of sugarcane and bamboo fiber, and natural materials also highlight the concept of brand and product sustainability.

The brand graphic LOGO is defined on the outer sleeve using varying punched holes to create a misty artistic effect and simulate undulating breathing during use, demonstrating the characteristics of vaping devices.

Production Technology
Different colored tags on the outer packaging differentiate the product and realize 2-in-1 of the packaging and the inner tray, reducing production costs. Environmentally friendly materials are used inside and outside the packaging: paper and moulded-fibre inner tray (made of sugarcane and bamboo fiber), which practices the brand's concept and actively assumes its social responsibility.
Design Challenge
The challenge of this packaging design is how to intuitively communicate the product and brand characteristics while maintaining the visual impact. The brand graphic LOGO is defined on the outer sleeve using varying punched holes to reveal the metallic inner Green logo during the out of box experience, which also creates a misty artistic effect and simulates undulating breathing during use, demonstrating the features of the vaping device.
Project Duration
The project started in 2023 in China and finished in July 2023 in China.
Operation Flow
The punched holes on the outer packaging create a misty artistic effect and simulate undulating breathing during use, demonstrating the characteristics of vaping devices. To help consumers to understand the product more directly, a visual product wireframe diagram and selling point information are placed on the side of the slider. Different colored tags on the outer packaging indicate the color of the product, realizing 2-in-1 of the packaging and the inner tray and reducing production costs.
Research
Based on the eco-friendly concept and integrating the brand logo, the packaging design directly and vividly conveys the basic function and the convenient, easy-to-use, and smart features of this COSS vape, offering consumers a sense of ritual.
