They overcame paper construction challenges to make the design three dimensions. They collaborated with a printing company that possesses technical expertise on MGI Jetvarnish 3Ds iFoil printing. The product is printed by FSC certified paper and plant-based ink. The whole set is environment friendly.

The craft is printed by FSC certified paper with Vegetables oil ink (plant-based ink).
Design Challenge
We overcame challenges of paper construction so as to make the whole set three dimensional. The whole set can be assembled without glue and the outer package case is designed as the decoration base for display. The design aims to protect our environment and avoid materials wastage. On the other hand, we collaborate with an eco-friendly printing company (Green Production (Overseas) Group) which expertises at MGI Jetvarnish 3Ds iFoil printing. The craft is printed by FSC certified paper with Vegetables oil ink (plant-based ink). In the Year of Tiger, we wish all be resilient with bravery and decisiveness like tigers. May this 3D Tiger paper craft bring greetings and fade things bad away. May everything turn good and get even better.
Project Duration
The project started in 3 November 2021 and finished in Jan 2022 in Hong Kong, and We had sent this product through mailing and express delivery service to both our existing and potential clients before a week of Chinese New Year holiday. Also, exhibited this product in Hong Kong PMQ- Ubu Deco gallery on February
Operation Flow
This paper craft decoration can be done by one or more players. This is a delightful step-by-step craft building up logical thinking and hand-eye coordination. For parents, it is also a perfect gift for communication with kids and storytelling of 12 zodiac in Chinese New Year. All components of this 3D paper craft decoration such as Tiger head, neck, body, two lucky banner panels, mountains, decorative flowers, and even the outer package case (as the whole decoration base) are in modern graphics which represent greetings and best wishes in Chinese New Year. The whole set can be assembled easily only in 10-20 minutes. No glue or scissors are required for constructing. All components,foldable parts, tabs and slot are marked with artwork printing effects.

The craft is designed as a Chinese New Year gift for our business clients in the year of Tiger. Traditional Chinese New Year red banners and red packets are in one dimension and monotonous. Our design team strives for a three dimensional decoration. Ways of assembling, eco-friendly materials, printing effects, and weight for delivery are factors we took into consideration in design. Once the craft is assembled, this can be served as a year of Tiger greeting decoration at office and home. This paper craft decoration can be done by one or more players.
