Unique Properties

This is a themed mural design created for the Chinese food brand Encounter Small Noodles, centered around the magical food cities of Chengdu and Chongqing in the Sichuan Chongqing region of China. Other areas are presented in scattered or distant views, and the main theme of the painting is still Chinese style itself. In addition to the colorful city and natural scenery of the Sichuan Chongqing region, numerous cultural landscapes are also what we need to present.

Production Technology

The screen is displayed in offline stores using heat transfer printing, and there are various sizes available due to different needs of offline stores.

Design Challenge

The enormous amount of information is the focal point of the entire painting. How to integrate Sichuan Chongqing cuisine culture with urban characteristics is the focus of this section. Our goal is to have customers sit down and watch carefully to appreciate.

Project Duration

The project started in Beijing in October 2024 and was completed in Beijing in December 2024.

Operation Flow

The murals are posted in various stores across the country through heat transfer printing. The lighting in the stores is mostly warm colors, so the overall color of the picture is cool, which is different from the overall color in the store and attracts consumers. The screen integrates the beautiful scenery and prominent features of major cities in the Sichuan Chongqing region. In addition, numerous cultural landscapes are also the content we need to present.

Research

The mural design of Don't Meet Small Noodles in Chongqing focuses on the urban characteristics of Chongqing region, integrating brand specialty cuisine and creating many new elements, such as Small Noodles Master, to enhance fun and brand awareness.

Inspiration

Paintings from the Netherlands such as' Paradise on Earth 'or' Tower of Heaven 'are the inspiration for our creation of Chengdu and Chongqing, two cities in Sichuan and Chongqing. The huge amount of information is the focus of our paintings in this area. How to integrate Sichuan Chongqing cuisine culture with urban characteristics is the focus of this section.

Project Overview

Chongqing Noodles Illustration has been a Silver winner in the Graphics, Illustration and Visual Communication Design award category in the year 2024 organized by the prestigious A' Design Award & Competition. The Silver A' Design Award celebrates top-tier designs that embody excellence and innovation. This award acknowledges creations that are not only aesthetically pleasing but also highly functional, reflecting the designer's deep understanding and skill. Silver A' Design Award recipients are recognized for their contribution to raising industry standards and advancing the practice of design. Their work often incorporates original innovations and elicits a strong emotional response, making a notable impact on the improvement of everyday life.
