Production Technology
1.Service Query and Navigation Technology, it provides users with a series of functions, such as harbor query, service query, navigation, service reservation, which allow workers to check services of nearby harbors online. 2.Online booking service is provided without wasting time due to the closure of the service.
Design Challenge
How users can obtain the location of service scenarios, as well as the content and quantity of services, are the most important issues to be solved in this project. Relying on accurate positioning service, Online booking service is provided without wasting time due to the closure of the service.
Project Duration
The project was launched in Guangzhou in February 2020 and completed in February 2022.
Operation Flow
1. China Construction Bank will use the existing network resources to establish a Laborers Harbor post station, equipped with toilets, water dispensers, umbrellas and other service facilities, and provide free rest, drinking water, charging and other services to outdoor workers. 2. Users can find the Harbour borrowing service according to their own needs, book the required items or services in advance, and can directly pick up or enjoy the service after arriving at the Harbor.
Research
The Harbour post service launched by CCB is popular among workers, but they often give up when they are not clear about the location and service content of the Harbor when the service is needed. In order to allow workers to obtain services more conveniently and accurately, an APP service has been launched to form a closed loop online and offline to help workers better enjoy port services. The APP had been downloaded more than 43 million times,and monthly active users up to 299 thousand.
Inspiration
1.Flat interface style and simple graphical function are applied to make the operation more convenient for outdoor workers. 2.It adopts the weather dynamic effect that provides users with immersive experience, showing them real-time weather changes suitable for outdoor workers. 3.It provides users with a series of functions, such as harbor query, service query, navigation, service reservation, which allow workers to check services of nearby harbors online.
Project Overview
Laborer's Harbor Mobile Application has been a Iron winner in the Mobile Technologies, Applications and Software Design award category in the year 2021 organized by the prestigious A' Design Award & Competition. The Iron A' Design Award is awarded to good designs that meet the rigorous professional and industrial standards set by the A' Design Awards. This recognition is reserved for works that demonstrate a solid understanding of design principles and show creativity within their execution.
