Production Technology

The work was carried out based on the survey of part timers and store owners who were working at the business at the time, and using adobe PS, AI, AE, and XD, apps, characters, and graphics were derived, and the video was edited and produced with the video i took myself.

Design Challenge

For a feasible app, it is necessary to be familiar with the specific laws of the part time job system that change frequently, and to modify it according to the trend.

Project Duration

Started in 2016 and revised in 2021. it was exhibited at the kaywon college of arts Design exhibition.

Operation Flow

As an application like the kakao platform, it consists of a page for part timers and the store owner in one app. on the part timer page, it is possible to calculate hourly wage, check the contract, and check the bank account, etc. in addition, by introducing individual chat and private chat, it is useful when forming a personal chat between part timers and employers, and group chats among part timer to seek a replacement or to discuss time for urgent circumstances. if you are experiencing an unreasonable situation, you can quickly get an explanation of the relevant legislation and specific procedures through the chatbot in the app.

Research

We were able to finalize the design through the process of integrating the opinions of the part timer and the store owner by asking a number of questions, such as how you responded to an uncomfortable situation and what features you would like to have.

Inspiration

After the team members experienced part time jobs, not only the part time workers but also the store owners saw that various uncomfortable situations occurred, and through the survey, i found out that these situations occur a lot, and i started designing the app to further improve the work environment.
