The project began and finished in 2018 in Athens (Greece).

Operation Flow

The packaging managed to present to the oenophile the essential elements of what defines the wine that they experience.

Research

A thorough market research was conducted in order to frame the market, the competitors and the potential buyers. In addition, mood boards were formed to better express the values and ethos of the company, and to agree on a direction and a design concept (visual representation always helps us get on the same page).

Inspiration

Wanting to make the above facts clear A.S. we drew inspiration from the horizon that defines the earth and placed all the information that describe the wine, properly, where the elements that define the wine are present. The earth. High above all these elements, the logo stands in the same place one would expect the sun, making it stand out while being in line with the playful choice of words, the sun rose.

Project Overview

Sun Rose Wine Label has been a Bronze winner in the Packaging Design award category in the year 2021 organized by the prestigious A' Design Award & Competition. The Bronze A' Design Award is given to outstanding designs that showcase a high degree of creativity and practicality. It recognizes the dedication and skill of designers who produce work that stands out for its thoughtful development and innovative use of materials and technology. These designs are acknowledged for their professional execution and potential to influence industry standards positively. Winning this award highlights the designer's ability to blend form and function effectively, offering solutions that enhance people's lives and wellbeing.
