Logistic Fleets Management for Independent Muffin Limited Partnership
Using user centric data driven process to ensure its beautifully uniqueness, answering user latent needs, meet the accessibility standard, and finger friendly. Design thinking workshops and user research were conducted to ensure that Dyonisus will be desired by target users, viable for businesses, and technically feasible. Challenges for the designer is to ideate design with solutions that answer the different target users' needs, esp. owners and drivers to ensure that it is delivering a good user experience to whomever use Dyonisus. Prototype was developed, tested, and improved until final.

Data-Driven UX design is the main distinguish of this design from the others as it is derived from user research. The UI design is another differentiation, not just the beauty but considered also standard of accessibility, finger friendly. Together, its UX and UI design will deliver best experience to the users.

Production Technology
Dyonisus is a human-centric data driven logistic fleet single management platform. It is building on cloud technology using API and react native that will fit any mobile devices to offer convenience and best experience to all the users.
Design Challenge
The most challenge I faced for designing Dyonisus is accessing the key informants who are the owners and operators of the logistic fleets in Thailand as well as having a discuss with men in authorities to obtain government support as the officers are sometime do not really understand how to build and operate the platform to make a business sustainable.
Project Duration
The Design has started since February 2021 in Bangkok, Thailand and development to be finished within 12 months (design and coding). After launching, the platform will firstly be used as a national logistic infrastructure for Thailand and then will be expanding to serve the ASEAN and China road logistic networks. It is planning to be continuously improve to ensure that it is address and deliver the best user experience to the users as well as deliver the most effective way of manage their logistic demands and transactions.
Operation Flow
Dyonisus is developing to be a smart logistic fleet e-marketplace that enable operators to connect with each others as well as their customers and helps managing their vehicles to be more efficient and effective in terms of saving operating costs as well as Realtime track, trace and monitor their vehicles, containers and products.
Research
Prior to UX and UI design, I conducted user research using design thinking to empathize, define and ideate solutions with logistic operators, business customers and individual consumers. After understanding their pain points and ideate solutions, prototype was built to qualitatively test with a few target users to ensure that design flows and interactions are matched their needs and they are willing to adopt this new platform.
Inspiration
Road transportation is the largest logistic connection for Thailand and ASEAN and China, yet about 90 percent of logistic fleets are SMEs, they are suffering with limited market reach as there is no marketplace for small logistics companies to publicly build awareness. Operating costs are higher, not very well managed compared to the larger enterprises. Developing Dyonisus to become the national smart logistics fleet management platform is a challenge yet a greener and smarter solution.
